I honestly don't know for how many years I've been obsessed with dancing, but it's pretty much become a daily routine. Every day, I do at least half an hour of straight out dancing, so it's basically a part of my workout routine. Jogging, sit ups, and all those come before, a ten minute break, then straight up dancing. Doesn't have to be a half an hour. That's just a minimum. Just now, I danced for nearly two hours and I honestly feel like I'm about to faint, hehe. So I'm going to go on and stop here.
So get up and move it, groove it, baby!
